Salient Features:-

Beakers are made from SS 316 solid rod.  The lid also of SS 316.  The lid is designed in such a way so as to facilitate addition of liquor through an SS syringe and at the same time ensures leak-proof working.  The loading and unloading of beakers are user-friendly.  The design of the lid ensures a very fast opening and closing for putting sample and dye liquor.

The dye liquor inside the jars are heated by infrared radiation without any intermediate medium and hence the efficiency of heat transfer is better and faster resulting in energy saving.

Three Infrared (IR) heaters of 1.5 KW are used to obtain the maximum rate of rising of 50 C / Min.
